When did the murders occur?

When all of the Discovery evidence is it put into a linear, chronological order, Weld county’s narrative quickly begins to unravel, and you’re left with more questions than answers. Weld county’s official timeline is questionable, and Chris’ professed order of events seems implausible. After putting together a minute-by-minute timeline of events and comparing it to the Weld county’s official timeline, the many inconsistencies lead one to question if Chris lied about the timeline and did, was there ‘enough’ time to murder his family at the time he said he did?

Is it possible that Chris murdered the girls on Sunday August 12, 2018, between 5:00pm-9:00pm (after the birthday that Chris and the girls attended on Sunday afternoon) and then murdered Shanann between 2:00am-4:00am on August 13, 2018?

We are to believe that Chris had enough time to: 

1. Dig a shallow grave & cover Shanann’s body. 

2. Smother Celeste in the backseat of his truck.

3. Walk up the flight of stairs at the tank, open the hatch, put Celeste in the opening and close the hatch. 

4. Walk down the stairs. 

5. Walk to his truck and smother Bella. 

6. Walk over the tanks and walk up another flight of steps. 

7. Open the hatch, put her in the opening and close the hatch.

   How likely is it that Chris was able to do all of this while at the same time texting and calling his co-workers? 

The timeline shows that Chris would not have had enough time to do this before his co-workers arrived on site.

Chris’ neighbor Nate had a security camera and contrary to what D.A. Rourke said, the video footage does NOT show Chris putting anyone in his truck.

The Geotab data on Chris’ work truck WOULD have alerted to ANY extra people in his truck.

Chris and Shanann’s router logs show suspicious entries Sunday-Monday morning:

• 12:15:10pm CW’s personal cell connects to the home router 

• 12:30-4:30pm Chris and the girls attend a birthday party

• 4:55:58pm an UNKNOWN Apple device connects to the home router 

• 7:17:19pm an UNKNOWN Apple device connects to the home router 

• 9:00:45pm Chris’ personal phone connects to the home router

  This is the first time his personal cell connects to home router since 12:15:10pm…where was he? Did he kill the girls after the party? We know he had his phone because Shanann texts him and he replies.  

• 9:09pm Shanann texts Chris, “What kind of vegetable do you want with dinner tomorrow?” Chris replies, “Broccoli or green beans”

  Did Chris Walk out of the house and then back in? Was he waiting for someone and checking to see if they were there?

   

• 9:28pm Chris calls Nichol K. for 111 minutes 

• 9:44:37pm Shanann texts Chris, “Tried call you to give you update. Was starting to board and they announced that our crew isn’t here yet and it’s going to be a minimum of an hour before they are here.” 

• 11:19pm the call with Nichol K. ends

  Did Chris walk in and out of the house again? Did he tell someone there was going to be a delay in Shanann’s arrive time?

  Was Chris walking in and out of the house because he was waiting for someone and checking to see if they were there yet?

  Was Chris still walking in and out of the house, waiting for someone and checking to see if they had arrived yet?

  Did Shanann walk into the house, walk up the stairs, didn’t see Chris or the girls so she walked back down the stairs, and then walked down the basement stairs? Was Chris waiting for Shanann in the basement? Chris knew that there was NO cameras in the back, so did he overpower Shanann and take her out of the basement window or out of the back door? Was parked in the back waiting? Did Chris strangle Shanann as soon as she got home and then drive to Cervi 3-19 and bury her? If Chris didn’t smother the girls after the birthday party on Sunday, is this when he killed them and put them in the tanks?

• 2:10am A witness who lives in Wyndham Hill hears a gunshot or a loud car backfire, she's concerned enough that she takes a picture of the clock. She reports it to the Frederick police on Tuesday at 3:00pm but the witness is never followed up with by police. 

• 2:18:20am unspecified activity logged in Chris’ personal phone 

• 4:23am Vivant router logs that the basement door is opened

  Is this when Chris was dropped back off at his house? He mentioned in his interview that he would crawl in and out of the basement window so the neighbors wouldn’t see him when he went to see Nichol K.; did he crawl into the basement window, walk up the stairs, open the basement door to walk into the house, took a shower and got ready for the day?

  If Chris murdered and buried his family BEFORE he went to work would that explain how he had enough time to text and call his co-workers and how he was able to act normal once his co-workers arrived at Cervi 3-19?
